New Billing Portal to Launch Nov. 12

  • Learn more about the new billing portal. Current online users will need to make a new account on or after Nov. 12.

  • Call Raleigh Water Customer Care and Billing at 919-996-3245 (24/7). Press 2 for further instructions.

Raleigh Water provides clean, award-winning water to more than 650,000 residents throughout Raleigh, Garner, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Knightdale, Wendell and Zebulon.

Our wastewater treatment facility protects our waterways and produces renewable natural gas to power City buses, as part of the Bioenergy Recovery Project.
