To report leaks or damage to fire hydrants, water mains, and water valves please call 919-996-3245.
Days | Hours |
Monday- Wednesday | 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
Thursday | 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
Customer Care and Billing will be closed on City holidays.
