Processing Fee for Water Bill Payments Begin Sept. 1
Starting Sept. 1, a three-percent fee will apply when you pay your City of Raleigh utility bill with a credit, debit, and digital wallets (PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Venmo) transactions.
