This Property Manager’s Resource Kit is designed to provide you with tools and resources to convey important information to your tenants about protecting Raleigh’s water by reducing or preventing sanitary sewer overflows. Applying the tools from this kit could help reduce maintenance costs for property owners (calling plumbers less, etc.). We encourage you to utilize these resources with your current and new tenants. It includes pan scrapers, can lids, videos, and brochures. Raleigh Water only supplies enough to get you started with awareness, but we’ve added a link for you to purchase your own customizable lids and scrapers.

How to use resource kits.
Send a brochure link to all of your residents.
Send the video out quarterly to remind residents about the proper handling of grease.
Create a packet for new residents to inform them about fats, oils, and grease (FOG).
