A section of the Neuse River Trail is closed between Grassy Creek Place and the access from Bedfordtown Drive due to the Pedestrian Bridge Deck Improvements Project. A detour is available for this closure utilizing Grassy Creek Place, Cokesbury Lane, Brighthaven Drive, Falls River Avenue, and Bedfordtown Drive. View the Trail Closure and Detour Map.

A section of the House Creek Trail is closed between Horton Street and Wade Avenue due to the Pedestrian Bridge Deck Improvements Project. A detour is available utilizing Ridge Road and Horton Street. View the Detour and Trail Closure Map.

Due to striping, the parking lot at Mine Creek Trail/Shelley Lake located at 1140 W. Millbrook Road will have limited access on Thursday, Dec. 5. 

Buffaloe Road Aquatic Center will be closed from Monday, Nov. 25 to Friday, Nov. 29 for scheduled maintenance and for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Mountain Bike Trail at Forest Ridge Park is currently open.  Please contact the park office for more information at 919-996-5800.

Mountain Bike Trail status is affected by weather and trail conditions. Please only ride dry trails and respect wildlife and other users.

For emergencies while on the trail, call 9-1-1.

Pullen Park Amusements and Picnic Shelters will be closed from Monday, Dec. 2 through Sunday, Dec. 22 while we host  Holiday Express.

The park grounds and restrooms will remain open to the general public until 3 p.m. On Dec. 7 and 15, the park grounds will close at 2 p.m.

Field status is updated daily around 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and around 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Coaches and or team managers, any changes in field status beyond this point will be communicated to you through your league administrator.

December 3 is Code Yellow which indicates all fields are an on-site decision. 

Raleigh Parks aquatic facilities may have limited capacities, hours of operation, or reduced amenities available due to staffing.

Please view each facility's webpage or call the facility before visiting for the most up-to-date information.

Due to striping, the parking lots at Lake Johnson Park will have limited access until Dec. 6.
