This is one of two waterslides at the Buffaloe Road Aquatic Center.

We have not resumed birthday party reservations at this time. We will reevaluate our ability to begin accepting parties in the spring.
Note: The admission fees for this facility are different from the other City of Raleigh pools. Learn more about the cost of admission and passes to the pool.
Facility capacity may vary based on staff availability and scheduled programming. All swimmers are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity limits. If the facility is at capacity when you arrive, you may add your name to the waiting list at the front desk.

Do I need to bring my own towel?
Yes, please bring your own towel when visiting the pool, as towels are not provided by the facility.
Who can use the large yellow water slide?
The large yellow water slide is available only to patrons who are 48 inches tall or taller to ensure everyone’s safety. Heights will be measured upon entry.
What are the rules for children under 48 inches tall?
Children under 48 inches tall must be within arm’s reach of a responsible adult at all times while in the water. This helps ensure their safety and supervision during their visit.
Can I bring or order food and drinks at the facility?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Please note the following guidelines:
• Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Coolers are subject to inspection upon entry.
• You may order food for delivery to the facility, but you must meet the delivery driver in the lobby.
• Do not request that food be delivered to the front desk, as staff cannot accept or manage deliveries.
Please also note that we do not sell food or drinks at the facility, but water fountains are available for your convenience.
Lap lanes are available for exercise during certain times of the day.
Buffaloe Road has 3 lap lanes with no backstroke flags.
