Construction

Construction is set to begin as early as February 16, 2026, starting with contractor mobilization, staking, and site preparation. History

Preliminary condition assessment was completed in 2017. This assessment found a number of issues with the existing sewer system. Should these issues not be corrected, a failure of the system could occur.

Recent system capacity modeling indicated that this section of the replacement sewer should be upsized from 48 to 60-inch diameter.
