Durant Nature Preserve Stream and Stormwater Improvements
The Durant Nature Preserve Stream and Stormwater Improvements project involves the retrofit of an existing stormwater detention pond and restoration of the downstream channel. Large amounts of stormwater runoff from upstream development are causing the streambanks to erode during large rain events. Due to this project, a portion of the Border Trail will be closed, and temporary single lane closures will occur at the corner of Spottswood and Welborn Streets.
