Rembert Drive Sidewalk Project

The Rembert Drive sidewalk project is the result of a successful petition to the city's Sidewalk Petition Program, received in the fall of 2019.

The new sidewalk is proposed to run along the north side of Rembert Drive, from Winthrop Drive to Brookhaven Drive.

Adjustments to the sidewalk width and setback may be included in the final design to avoid significant impacts in certain areas as needed and determined by our Engineering staff.

Project Update, Nov. 7, 2024

The City has hired a design firm to help move this project and other petition street and sidewalk projects forward. The team is developing a new schedule for design and construction milestones. We expect to post the latest schedule by early December 2024.
