Group 7 Sidewalk & Street Improvements

This schedule is tentative and subject to change. 

December 10, 2025

Crews are installing asphalt driveway ties and completing asphalt patches along the corridor. They are also pouring concrete and finishing the remaining sidewalk. Tree protection fencing will be removed before the end of the year.

November 21, 2025

Crews are installing a new driveway apron, sidewalk, and a curb ramp at the corner of Plainview Avenue and Dennis Drive. They are also continuing to install sidewalks along the rest of the corridor.

October 30, 2025

Crews are currently working along Plainview Avenue and Vale Street. Over the next two weeks, weather permitting, they will continue concrete and asphalt work, install asphalt driveway ties, and build new curb ramps and sidewalk. Grading is already underway as crews prepare for these installations.

September 25, 2025

Most of the sidewalk and driveway upgrades along Plainview and Vale Street are now complete. A few small sections still need to be installed, including:

• The beginning of Plainview Street
• The end of Vale Street near Brookside Drive, including the curb ramp
• The end of Plainview Street near Dennis Drive, including the curb ramp

Crews are also working on resolving utility conflicts in certain areas.

July 21, 2025

Crews are relocating and adjusting utilities on Plainview and Vale Street. They are doing grading, excavation, and tree removal along the street.

August 19, 2025

Construction has started on Plainview and Vale Street. Crews have set up protective fencing and will begin the tree removal process in the coming weeks.
