Improving mobility and connectivity for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic

The Norris Street Petition project will install curb and gutter with sidewalks on both sides of the street from the existing sidewalk to Glascock Street.

The project will also improve the storm drain system along Norris Street.

This is a Complete Streets project, designed to be safe and accessible to all users.
