Engagement Network users can reserve free meeting space at certain community centers for business meetings with up to 99 people or the center’s limit, whichever is lower. Users can reserve spaces up to ten times a year. Business meetings are defined as meetings hosted for an organization’s membership, are typically smaller in scale, often internal, and focused on an agenda to achieve a specific, actionable outcome. Each business meeting can last up to three hours and must take place during the center’s operating hours.
Reservation Form
To reserve meeting space, please complete the Reservation Form. Requests should be submitted at least two weeks, but no more than 90 days, in advance. Please allow staff 2 to 3 business days to review your request.
