Neighborhood Center

Powell Drive Neighborhood Center is an unstaffed facility open only during rentals and/or events and classes.

• A 25% non‑resident fee will be applied to all rentals booked for non-resident RecLink accounts.
• Take note: Requests will be subject to staff approval. Upon approval, payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Your reservation is not finalized until you receive confirmation of your payment.

Meeting Room

• Overlooking the back patio and playground
• Capacity: 75
• Includes use of full-size kitchen
• $65/hr. (2-hour minimum)

Warming Kitchen

Food may only be warmed and not prepared from scratch.

Courts

Basketball Court

Outdoor court with a concrete surface

Tennis Courts

• 2 courts
• Lighting is on a timer from dusk to 10 p.m. (March to November)
• No backboard

• The playground for ages 2–12 years has a rubberized safety surface, climbing structures with slides, and swings (both regular and tot).
• Bathrooms are available near the playground in the comfort station.
