Available Equipment Agreements Rental Form Picking up the Equipment

The Raleigh Engagement Network offers users the chance to rent City equipment for free.  Think your organizations would like to join the network? You can sign up today, and it won't cost you anything! Check the Raleigh Engagement Network for how to apply and to discover other perks. 

Available Equipment

Users can rent equipment on a first-come, first-served basis. This includes: 

  • Laptops 
  • Meeting Owls 
  • Portable Projectors 
  • Portable Projector Screens  

Agreements

The City’s sole purpose in offering the use of these technology resources is to further its Community Engagement vision by supporting the work of approved Engagement Network users. To rent equipment, users must review and agree to the following: 

Rental Form

To reserve equipment, please complete the Resource Request Form. Requests should be submitted at least two weeks, but no more than 90 days, in advance. Please allow staff 2 to 3 business days to review your request. 

Picking up the Equipment

All equipment must be picked up and returned at the Pathways Center (900 S. Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27601) during scheduled hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday, from 9 a.m. to noon.
