The Raleigh Engagement Network is designed for community groups not tied to a specific location. This includes groups that were formed around similar interests, values, cultures, and social ties. The goal of the network is to expand knowledge of City services and opportunities to participate in the greater Raleigh community.

Does your organization need a place to meet about official business? Are you looking to create more meaningful connections between your organizations and others? Join the network to gain access to:
- Free community center reservations*
- Rent equipment
- Virtual meeting software**
- Capacity building
- Free printing of your designed materials

**Limited quantity of licenses available. Requests will be evaluated based upon need.
Eligibility Requirements
Curious about joining the network but unsure if you qualify? Organizations must:
- Have a defined interest, value, culture, topic, or demographic of people served
- Hold at least one meeting per year
- Have officers and a contact person
- Be non-partisan
- Be open to anyone with similar interests/values
- Have a constitution, bylaws, and/or mission statement

Register My Organization
If you’d like to join the Engagement Network, please fill out the online application. Staff from the Community Engagement Department will review all applications. Once approved, you will be contacted with more information on next steps.
Free Meeting Space
Engagement Network users have access to free meeting spaces in certain community centers up to ten times per year. Meeting space provided to users will be a maximum of 3 hours per occurrence and must be within the facility's operating hours. Requests must also be submitted at least two weeks in advance and no more than 90 days before the meeting time.
