Beginning June 1, 2025, Raleigh Water will enhance the water and sewer permitting process for merger communities and open applications for online submittals on the permit and development portal.
Beginning July 1, 2025, Raleigh Water will require plan submittals for merger communities to enhance our plan review process and provide improved tracking and payments on the permit and development portal.
Plan and permit submittals in Raleigh's jurisdiction will still be handled by the City of Raleigh Planning and Development - Customer Service Center.
These updates aim to simplify reviews, consolidate permitting, and enhance project monitoring.
