Raleigh Water Departmental Business Plan

Strategic Planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy.

The Raleigh Water Departmental Business Plan was developed to help define the department's future direction. This plan creates a road map for making departmental resource allocation decisions. With many challenges and limited resources, we make investment and operational decisions for the utility every day. The business plan will help optimize our investments in our people, work processes, and infrastructure needed to do the job of providing our customers with world class water and sewer services.
