Please note: Due to construction of the new Omni Raleigh Hotel, the two parking lots located directly in front of the Martin Marietta Center will close permanently beginning November 23, 2025.

There are multiple parking locations, all conveniently located near the Martin Marietta Center. View the downtown parking map below.

Accessible parking is available in the Performing Arts Center deck, as well as other locations as notated on the parking location map.

Event parking is $10.00 per car. Look for the "Event Parking" signs.

An accessible drop-off area is located on South Street. Look for the designated signage.

Complimentary Parking for Public Meetings

The City offers complimentary public parking for citizens attending all City Council, boards, and commission meetings.

City-owned Parking Decks

The City of Raleigh owns eight parking decks. For locations and hourly rates, view the list of decks.

All City-owned parking facilities are operated under contract by The Car Park. For concerns with a parking facility or more information, contact The Car Park at 919-833-7522.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed to use parking decks. Instead, motorcyclists are encouraged to use the City’s public surface parking lots where payment is made at the pay station.  Only one motorcycle per parking space is permitted.

Parking in downtown Raleigh just got easier. Our city-owned parking decks now use License Plate Recognition (LPR) to streamline your visit and reduce wait times at entrances and exits.
