New Raleigh Water Billing Portal Launches Nov. 12.

Current online portal users will need to make a new account on or after Nov. 12. You won’t be able to make a utility payment online or in person from 5 p.m. on Nov. 7 - Nov. 11. Late fees and service disconnections will be suspended beginning Nov. 7 until further notice.
