We are installing a five-foot-wide sidewalk on Freeman Street, Postell Street, and Coleman Street.  

• On the east side of Freeman Street from the existing sidewalk to Postell Street; 
• On the south side of Postell Street from Freeman Street to Coleman Street; and,
• On both sides of Coleman Street from Postell Street to the existing sidewalk.  

Adjustments to the sidewalk width and setback may be included in the final design to avoid significant impacts in certain areas as needed and determined by our Engineering staff.
