These services are provided for public and private projects, located in Garner, Knightdale, Raleigh, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell, and Zebulon, and cover project services from preliminary planning to issuing connection permits and acceptance.

About Development Review Group
The Raleigh Water Development Review Group houses a team of engineers who protect the City of Raleigh’s water and sewer systems by ensuring that all new connections meet the necessary minimum requirements for safe operation.

Process may vary between the City of Raleigh and the merger communities that it serves.
