Aversboro Area Wastewater System Improvements

This upcoming project seeks to replace outdated materials to meet future infrastructure capacity needs.

The City of Raleigh is undertaking a  project to boost the capacity and resolve condition issues with the wastewater pump stations located in the Aversboro area. This initiative includes studies focused on enhancing the odor control systems at the Aversboro Pump Station, along with the replacement and extension of the associated force main transmission systems.

BENEFITS

  • Provides a backup to the wastewater system in preparation for times of high rainfall.
  • Expands wastewater capacity to meet the needs of a growing Aversboro area. 
  • Increases odor control systems near project areas.
