Customer Service Changes for October
The Planning and Development Customer Service Center team will participate in a multi-week training program this October which will impact service hours. The Customer Service Center will be closed from 8-9 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in October. Staff will be unavailable while training, but customers can still submit projects via email and the permit portal.
Customer Service Center staff at this location handle application and plan intake for private residential and non-residential development projects. Below you will find pages to help you navigate our various development processes.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Wednesday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Closed from 12-1 Daily
