The Business Engagement and Opportunities Program (BEOP) supports all businesses, including small, emerging, growing, and under-capitalized businesses, by providing increased access to City contracts and resources.

The City of Raleigh has many project opportunities for the Business Engagement and Opportunities Program to participate in across Construction, Goods, Professional Services, or Services procurement types.

To bid on live projects, visit the NC Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). Click on Search Open Bids in the menu bar near the top, then select City of Raleigh from the Department drop-down menu, and then click Search.

Registering as a City Vendor Session: Sept. 15 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. This quarterly, virtual info session will provide a comprehensive overview of the City of Raleigh’s BEOP program and detailed guidance on registering as a City Vendor. Key topics include enhancing business visibility, completing an online directory, receiving bid notifications, and exploring business development opportunities. The City's BEOP program has successfully hosted these events, both in-person and virtually, for several years. To register, visit the event page.
