The City of Raleigh uses Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder) software to help manage roadway and design, stormwater, parks bond, and City building construction projects.

Access and General Information

To acquire a license, please contact the City project manager for your project, who will then request a license for you from the IT department.
