This project will improve the stormwater system at properties on Ashland Street that are currently experiencing flooding. The stormwater system may be upsized or upstream stormwater flow may be redirected to lessen impact to downstream properties.

Design

The consultant has surveyed the area analyzed the project area and is currently working on the design of the project. The City is reviewing the design plans and applying for necessary permits.

Project Goals

  • Repair stream erosion at residential properties
  • Upsize the undersized driveway culvert under 2809 Ashland Street to prevent upstream flooding and reduce erosion at the downstream neighbor’s driveway

This project will be bundled with two other stormwater projects during the construction phase.
