Rentals
Each center offers a variety of rooms and flexible spaces available for rent. Explore detailed information about each space, along with our rental guidelines, policies, and procedures. While every location has unique features, the following policies apply consistently across all centers.
- We encourage patrons to visit each location in advance to ensure it best fits their event needs.
- Rental fees depend on the venue, rental time, and services requested. Please confirm any applicable fees with the staff in advance.
- All rooms and spaces must be rented for a minimum of two hours.
- Capacity guidelines reflect the general number of occupants a space can accommodate; actual capacity may vary based on your event setup and specific needs.
- Rental times requested must include both setup and breakdown time. An additional charge of two times the rental rate will apply for events that extend beyond the reserved time.
- Warming kitchens are intended for warming food only and are not equipped for full meal preparation.
- Request your rental online using RecLink or by reaching out to the facility.
Take note: Requests will be subject to staff approval. Upon approval, payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Your reservation is not finalized until you receive confirmation of your payment.
