Center Rentals

Request your rental online using RecLink or by reaching out to the facility.

• All rooms/spaces must be rented for a minimum of two hours.
• There is a $15 application fee.
• There is a $100 damage deposit required for all rentals. It may be refunded if the renter adheres to the contract and stays within the rented time.
• There is an additional fee of $30 per hour for any rentals that occur outside of operating hours. This fee does not apply to the neighborhood centers.

Take note: Requests will be subject to staff approval. Upon approval, payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Your reservation is not finalized until you receive confirmation of your payment.

Gymnasium

• Air-conditioned double gymnasium with 2 full courts (6 goals per court)
• Capacity: 200 per gym
• $85 per hour per gym
• Mechanical curtain separating the 2 courts
• Events with food, drink, tables, or chairs are not permitted.
• Volleyball nets and pads available for use
• Hardwood flooring with lines for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts

Meeting Room

• Located on the top floor of the facility
• Stage
• 1,629 sq. ft.
• Capacity: 100
• $75 per hour

Warming Kitchen

• Available for use only when the meeting room has been rented.
• Food can be warmed (not made from scratch)
• $25 per hour

Dance Studio

• The second-largest room in the facility
• Features of the room include a studio wall mirror and 3 ballet barres
• 783 sq. ft.
• Capacity: 49
• $40 per hour

Shelter

Picnic Shelter

• Capacity: 60–80
• Tables: 10
• Grills: 1
• No electricity 
• Adjacent playground
• Restrooms: in Community Center (check hours)
• Cost: $15/hr.

• Push-button lighting from dusk to 10 p.m. (year-round)

Batting Cage

• The batting cage is open to the public on first-come, first-served basis when not being using by our youth athletic leagues. Please call the center to check availability.

Fishing and Lake

• Fishing is allowed at Lake Lynn from the docks or the pedestrian bridge.
• Those who fish must have a fishing license, and they must use live bait.
• Bank fishing is prohibited.
• No personal watercraft are permitted on the lake.
