Project Overview

John P. “Top” Greene Community Center funded by the 2022 Parks Bond, will feature center renovations and expansion with the associated site and stormwater enhancements. South Park Heritage Walk will feature a 2.6-mile loop through parts of the downtown Raleigh, city greenway and park system, and residential portion of the South Park Neighborhood, featuring interpretive displays and Heritage Plaza improvements.

Public Participation
