Once registered, you will be able to manage multiple accounts, update your information, review billing history, make payments and request services anytime, anywhere, 24/7.

What You Will Need
When creating a new account, you will need the following:
- Your zip code;
- An email;
- A mobile phone number (used for verification); and,
- Your account number.
Your account number can be found on your monthly bill:
- It is listed on your paper bill.
- If you don't have access to your most recent statement (printed copy or an email,) that's okay! The easiest solution is to simply wait and complete your registration once your next bill comes in.
- For autopay users, it is listed in your monthly email titled "City of Raleigh - A Friendly Reminder Your Bill is Due."
- For manual pay users, it is listed in your monthly email titled "City of Raleigh - Utility Bill is Available."
