Previous Capital Improvement Program Plans

The City's Capital Improvement Program is a five-year plan that allocates funding for high priority needs such as transportations, parks, public utilities, housing, technology, stormwater and the convention center.

Although the CIP includes multiple years, it gets updated frequently. Funding for the CIP is included in Raleigh's annual budget that is reviewed and approved by the City Council.
