Weldon Place Drainage Improvements

This project will improve the stormwater pipes between Baez Street and properties along Weldon Place, Grant Avenue, and Hobson Court, which are in poor condition causing homes to flood during heavy rainstorms.

Project Details

The project includes three adjacent properties on Weldon Place and runs through the rear of the properties. We will direct the stormwater runoff into a new stormwater pipe and out to the nearby creek with a headwall and outlet for protection.
