An undersized stormwater pipe is causing yard, crawl space, and road flooding along Sweetbriar Drive. This project will increase the stormwater pipe size and repair other drainage issues to reduce flooding.

We reviewed the project maintenance concerns and decided a new design was needed. We will begin designing the project early 2026 with anticipation to be completed late 2026.
