An undersized stormwater pipe is causing yard, crawl space, and road flooding along Sweetbriar Drive. This project will increase the stormwater pipe size and repair other drainage issues to reduce flooding.

Design

We reviewed the project maintenance concerns and decided a new design was needed. Design on a new project alternative will start in mid-2026 and expected to be completed in mid/late 2027.

Proposed Upgrades

We will install a new and larger stormwater pipe to reduce future flooding.
