Design

The design is in the final review stages. Design will either be a stream stabilization project that rebuilds and armors the stream between the homes, or the stream may be piped between the homes and armored at the further pipe outlet.

Project Goals

The banks of the stream are severely eroding near the property. The erosion is approximately 15-inches from the home foundations and fences along the swale collapsed due to erosion. We want to prevent further loss of land and potential loss of property along the stream at Quail Ridge Road.

Next Steps

Construction is expected to begin Spring 2026.
