The design of this project is 90 percent (%) complete and incorporates natural channel design and a regenerative stormwater channel to enhance stormwater management, water quality, and habitat of a tributary to House Creek that ultimately flows to Crabtree Creek and the Neuse River. Educational signage will share information about the project and its benefits with approximately 700,000 Museum Park visitors each year.

Project Goals:

  • Community engagement and education
