This phase has been completed.

The consultant has surveyed the area analyzed the project area and is currently working on the design of the project. The City is reviewing the design plans and applying for necessary permits.

Project Goals

• Install a new pipe along Lord Ashley Road to replace the existing blocked pipe that carries stormwater across the property

This project will be bundled with two other stormwater projects during the construction phase.
