This project is set to have design plans completed soon. The relocated storm pipe will have associated improvements along Holden Street to reduce ponding along the road during rain events.

Design

Raleigh Stormwater will relocate a 30-inch pipe that causes flooding in the basement of a home. The old pipe will be filled and abandoned in place. Additional curb drains will be added along Holden Street to prevent street flooding.
