This project is set to have design plans completed soon. The relocated storm pipe will have associated improvements along Holden Street to reduce ponding along the road during rain events.

• Surveying and Design being performed by McAdams and design plans should be ready for permitting in early 2025.

Raleigh Stormwater will relocate a 30-inch pipe that causes flooding in the basement of a home. The old pipe will be filled and abandoned in place. Additional curb drains will be added along Holden Street to prevent street flooding.
