Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is repairing and stabilizing the stream bank near Carnage Magnet Middle School. We are contributing funding to the project to improve water quality and repair the stream bank along the Little Rock Trail Greenway and Walnut Creek Wetland Park.

This project will repair and stabilize 570 linear feet of creek. The project area is north of Peterson Street with Carnage Magnet Middle School on the western side of the creek and the northern portion of Walnut Creek Wetland Center and several residential lots are on the eastern side of the creek.
