Planning

Streambanks are severely eroding on the property, approximately 7-8 inches from the back porch and deck, and 26-28 inches from the base of the foundation. Raleigh Stormwater will stabilize the streambank of the side of 835 Brookside Drive. The project will not mitigate flood issues and is for stream stabilization only.

Project Goals

  • Prevent further loss of land and potential loss of property along the stream near 835 Brookside Dr.

Project Surveying

  • McAdams will survey and design the property and should be completed around Spring 2025.
