Team Composition
Technical Teams are topic-based teams of subject-matter experts who meet to provide guidance and develop policy recommendations for the City’s Next Comprehensive Plan. Five teams were organized by key topics included in the next plan.
Each Technical Team included members of City staff, representatives from City boards and commissions, and technical experts from the Raleigh community. For a full list of members, see the Technical Teams Roster.
Recommendations
From January to June of 2026, Teams met monthly to review existing comprehensive policies, emerging trends, and public input gathered during Phase 1 of Reflecting Raleigh. Individual teams created recommended policies, actions, and metrics that will be incorporated into the future plan.
