During Phase 3 of Reflecting Raleigh, the City will work to draft of the Next Comprehensive Plan based on the information we received in Phase 1 and Phase 2. The Civic Assembly and the Technical Teams will continue to review key elements of the draft. This page will be updated once a working draft is published.
