Permit and Development Portal
Beginning January 1, 2025, all new Administrative Site Review (ASR), Recorded Maps/Plat (RCMP), and Subdivision (SUB) cases will be accessible in the Permit and Development Portal. These cases can be searched on the portal by their case number, name, or address and will include additional information regarding site plan applications and their status.
For assistance in searching for public records, refer to the Permit Portal Records Guide. Revised submittal documents are available upon request through the City of Raleigh Records Request Portal. Cases started before 2025 will remain accessible in the tables provided below. For questions or additional support, please contact the Planning and Development Records Unit at 919-996-2599.
