We gathered information from residents, conducted land surveys, and investigated the current storm drain system to determine the current condition. This information was used to develop repair recommendations for the area. We conducted a site visit in February 2024 to evaluate stormwater infrastructure conflicts.

This phase is complete.

We started construction for this project and anticipate it being complete in November 2026. This project will be completed in phases, so actual construction will vary along the project area which starts at Woodland Avenue and ends at Alexander Drive. Work will include the cured-in-place pipe lining of the underground stormwater piping, repair sinkholes, and/or replacement stormwater pipes.

What To Expect

Traffic closures will range from flagging and light traffic control to temporary lane or street closures. For the most part, local traffic (residents within the work zone) will have access to their driveways and will be able to come and go as needed. Normal work hours will be Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No work will be scheduled on weekends or City holidays, except in an emergency or with prior approval from the City. The City will have an inspector onsite daily.
