Public Comment
Public Comment is a time for residents to speak directly to City Council about any topic they would like to share.

- Comments do not have to relate to items on the meeting agenda.
- Council members listen but generally do not respond during this time.
Public Hearing
A Public Hearing is a formal opportunity for residents to give feedback on a specific issue, such as zoning cases, policy changes, or the annual budget.
- Hearings are scheduled and advertised in advance.
- Comments must relate to the topic of the hearing.
- Council considers this input before making a decision.
