Vendor Registration is now closed for the 2026 Engage Raleigh Expo
Exhibitor Application
Apply by Aug. 31 to be an exhibitor at the 2026 Engage Raleigh Expo. Priority is given to nonprofits and government groups whose mission aligns with this year's event theme.
Vendor registration is now closed.
Application Process
Interested organizations should submit the application form as early as possible. Staff will review your form and either approve or deny your application based on eligibility and relevancy for the event's audience.
Approved organizations will be assigned a booth number that corresponds to our event map. We will send the first round of approvals out on Aug. 1. The second round of approvals will be sent out on Sept. 1. Staff will follow up with next steps and more information shortly thereafter.
What's Included in the Exhibit Space?
An 8 foot table;
Two chairs;
Free lunch; and,
Listing in our program
What's Not Included in the Exhibit Space?
Electricity
We do not provide bottled water. Instead, we encourage exhibitors to use refillable water bottles.
Location & Schedule
The exhibit hall, also known as "The Exchange," will be in Room 1 of the McKimmon Center.
Exhibitor check-in will open at 9:15 a.m. and last until the event starts at 10 a.m.
The Exchange will close at 11:30 a.m. as guests transition into workshops
Exhibitors are welcome to leave or attend workshops and lunch after 11:30 a.m.
