Thank you to our 2025 exhibitors! Applications will open again in summer of 2026.

Exhibitor Application

We give priority to nonprofits and government groups that line up with our event theme. 

Please note that due to limited space, completing this application does not guarantee a spot. Staff will select exhibitors based on whether they are a good fit for the event. 

Application Process

Interested organizations should submit the application form as early as possible. Staff will review your form and either approve or deny your application based on eligibility and relevancy for the event's audience. 

What's Included in the Exhibit Space?

  • An 8 foot table;
  • Two chairs;
  • Free lunch; and,
  • Listing in our program

What's Not Included in the Exhibit Space?

  • Electricity
  • We do not provide bottled water. Instead, we encourage exhibitors to use refillable water bottles.
