About the Expo

This FREE event aims to connect residents, neighborhoods, community groups, and local government. Discover why community engagement matters, learn about how you can make a difference, and explore exciting ways to participate in local decision-making in your community.  

What is the Goal of the Expo?

We designed the expo with three goals in mind:

  1. To encourage all residents to participate in local decision-making;
  2. To celebrate and collaborate with Raleigh's diverse community; and,
  3. To connect residents with City departments, community organizations, and other resources in their communities.

Be an Exhibitor

Interested in being an exhibitor next year? Sign up using our form to receive info when registration goes live. Eligible groups include:

  • Local non-profits;
  • Grassroot organizations;
  • Student groups;
  • Affinity groups; and,
  • Engagement network users.

The Expo is your chance to meet the people behind the scenes. Whether you're passionate about local issues, looking to get involved, or just curious about what Raleigh has to offer, this is the event you can't afford to miss. 

Registration will open for the next expo in summer 2026.
