To cultivate meaningful connections and ignite idea exchanges. Together, we'll dive into discussions on City initiatives and explore groundbreaking solutions to Raleigh's most pressing challenges. The Big Ideas Raleigh Meetup brings together a diverse mix of community members, businesses, organizations, stakeholders, and local government representative to cultivate meaningful connections and exchange groundbreaking ideas on the topic of the UX of a City. The event is organized through a partnership of the City of Raleigh's Office of Strategy and Innovation and Slalom Consulting.
Together, we will answer the question: "How might the City of Raleigh provide a seamless customer service experience that ensures all residents can easily access city services?" Bring your experiences and creativity and leave with a broader network, new ideas, and a deeper connection to your city.
The programming ends at 12pm, and free lunch will be served from 12-12:30pm for anyone who would like to stay and network. From here it is only a short walk to the next RDSW event.
