Neighborhood Meetings

What is a Neighborhood Meeting?

Neighborhood Meetings are opportunities for rezoning applicants to meet with community members most directly affected by the potential rezoning. Applicants will hold a pre-submittal (1st) neighborhood meeting prior to submitting a rezoning application. For some rezoning cases, a post-submittal (2nd) neighborhood meeting will be held by the applicant. More information about when a 2nd neighborhood meeting is held can be found on the Rezoning Process webpage.

Listed below are upcoming neighborhood meetings for proposed and ongoing rezonings. Meetings listed with a zoning case number (Z-##-##) are 2nd neighborhood meetings. A list of all ongoing cases can be found on the Zoning Cases webpage.

Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all meetings are being held virtually by applicants. The staff contact listed will be present during the meeting.
