Stream Monitoring Workshop

Learn How to Take Water Samples!

Interested in learning more about Raleigh stream ecosystems? We're hosting a volunteer stream monitoring workshop! We'll spend the first part of the workshop in the classroom and the second half in the creek practicing sample collection. This workshop is required for new stream monitoring volunteers but is open to anyone interested in learning more about our streams.

When: Saturday, September 19 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Where: Walnut Creek Wetland Park (Neuse River Room, 950 Peterson Street)

Details: Individual registration is required. This event is capped at 15 participants. Please come dressed in long pants, close-toed shoes, and ready to hop in the creek.
