Ridge Rd Overnight Repairs to Close 2100 Block With Detours in Place

Overnight road work is scheduled on the 2100 block of Ridge Rd for asphalt repairs.

Crews expect to complete repairs by midnight, with work potentially extending until 2 a.m. if needed. The roadway will be closed in both directions during active work, and a detour will be in place. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes if possible.

Detours will be as follows:
• Southbound: Ridge Rd → Glen Eden → Tyson → Granada → Sandia → Airline Dr → Ridge Rd
• Northbound: Ridge Rd → Airline Dr → Sandia Dr → Granada Dr → Tyson Dr → Glen Eden → Ridge Rd

Residents may still access Glen Eden to Westwood; however, there is a full closure beyond Westwood.

Once repairs are complete, Ridge Rd will reopen to traffic and remain drivable while final asphalt restoration is completed. 

Motorists should use caution when traveling through the work zone and expect delays.
